Your response of March 12, 1981 has been considered, and found persuasive.

There consequently is no need for the Patent Appeal Board to hold a

Hearing. The reasons for withdrawing the objection made under Section 2

has already been set down in a recent decision dated March 18, 1982, taken

on application 257177 of the Abitibi Company.

 

The present application is consequently remanded to the Examiner to resume

prosecution. You may wish to reinstate former product claim 10 for re-

consideration.
