   As requested in your letter of July 17, 1969, I have

reviewed the Official Action and your response.

 

   After a careful re-consideration of the application,

it has been returned to the examiner for a consideration

of certain additional facts which were not previously

considered in the examiner's Final Action report of

April 30, 1969.

 

   A further action by the examiner in the near future

may be expected.
