     As requested in your letter of October 23, 1970, I have

     reviewed the Official Action and your response.

 

     After a careful study of the application by the Patent

     Appeal Board, it has been returned to the examiner for a

     consideration of certain additional facts which were not

     previously considered in the examiner's Final Action report

     of July 29, 1970.

 

     A further action by the examiner in the near future may

     be expected.
