                        MULILAYER LAMINATED CIRCUIT BOARD

                          AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURE THEREOF

 

   In response to applicant's request of May 11, 1970 for a

review of the examiner's Final Action of February 16, 1970,

the prosecution has been carefully studied and a hearing before

the Patent Appeal Board was granted at which Mr. Angus

Davidson presented argument for the applicant.

 

   It has been determined that the refusal which was based

on Section 43 of the Patent Act was not proper.

 

   The application is being referred back to the examiner for

resumption of normal prosecution.
